I received a complimentary AnySharp Pro Knife Sharpener to try out for all of you and I just love it! It’s one of the easiest knife sharpeners that I’ve ever used!
I own all kinds of different knives and many of the ones that I own (and are favorites of mine) are older knives that I got from my mother & grandmother. Older knives fit better in my hand and they’ll last a lifetime, as compared to newer ones.
Anyway, when I would need to sharpen them, it was always a hassle and 9 times out of 10…I would ask my husband Sam to deal with it. Well, not any more! This sharpener is so easy to use that even my 68 year old mother brought her knives down and sharpened her’s too!
One of my favorite paring knives happens to be a 15 year old knife from Tupperware. It looks terrible, but I absolutely LOVE this knife! It has been dull as cardboard for the past several months and just sitting in my drawer. My mom and I got it out and within 1 minute, we had it as sharp as a razor blade thanks to the AnySharp Pro!
When using this unit…you simply suction cup it to your hard surface (my kitchen counter) via the attached suction cup and lever. You insert any of your knives into it and pull it back towards you a few times. The majority of the time I ran mine through it two or three times at most and all of them came out of it super-sharp! That’s it…only takes a few seconds to do. I LOVE LOVE LOVE this easy-to-use knife sharpener!
