What is spiralizing? A spiralizer simply transform a few basic vegetables (and fruits) into noodles. This is a great way to add more healthy fruits & veggies to your diet, while cutting down the calories. The book explains all of this to you in a way that anyone can understand and how you can incorporate all of this into your daily diet.
We grow our own veggies and some fruits in our backyard garden (from May through October) and once gardening season arrives, I’ll be trying out many of these recipes with our fresh fruits & veggies. Right now, those things are hard to come by here locally, heck…my local grocery store had NO fresh peaches, pears, nectarines, zucchini or squash last week which irritates me. I would pay MORE to have fresh stuff brought in. Sigh.

So many look delicious. First, I would choose the Chicken & Broccoli Bake – as that is a favorite of ours, and this looks like an amazing one that my grandson would inhale. Another of our favorites is Beef Lo Mein. After reading this, I think this would be a big hit too! Thank you for sharing! I always think low carb as low taste – but these have my mouth watering!
