Repel Head Lice Naturally with SoCozy Hair Products

January 9, 2017 by Jenelle

My daughter is 7 years old and is in the 2nd grade at school. After school she’s involved in sports and scouts. One of the things that I’m always worried about is her catching head lice from someone at school. Let’s face it, the majority of time when children get lice they get it from someone else at school! During the school season, we check her head twice a week to just make sure we aren’t seeing something. Yup, we’re on top of it!

One thing that I recently learned is that there are hair care products out in the retail marketplace that children can use to help prevent & repel head lice from even setting up shop in your child’s hair. Yes, you read that correctly, prevent and repel them!

Let me introduce you to SoCozy and their line of professional hair care products for kids! These products include shampoo, de-tangler, styling mousse, hair conditioners, styling gel & creams and more! All of their products are kid-tested and cozy-approved!

Repel Head Lice Naturally with SoCozy Hair Products

For this review we received two of the new SoCozy products that are specifically made to repel those nasty head lice bugs! What makes these products so fabulous is that they do it naturally! Yes, naturally! The key ingredients are: Tea Tree Oil, Peppermint Oil, Rosemary and Keratin.

We received 2 bottles of the new SoCozy Boo! Leave-in-Spray to try out for all of you and let me tell you…it really has cut down the worrying here in our home! They contain no parabens, sulfates, formaldehyde, synthetic color, gluten or other nasty things that you don’t want in your child’s hair products.

To Use: Wash your child’s hair as you normally do and then use the Boo! Leave-in-Spray which will condition and detangle your child’s hair. Due to their blend of ingredients (see above) it will naturally repel head lice from calling your child’s head home.

My daughter has been using the SoCozy salon formula line of hair care products for 2 years now and we love them! It’s nice to know that these new additions to the line – SoCozy Boo! will help to repel and scare away head lice. It’s just one less thing as a mother that I have to worry about.

You can learn more about this line of professional hair care products for kids by visiting SoCozy online. Looking to buy? You can find a store near you by using their store locator or buy the products online. We typically buy them from our local Target store, so there are many retail locations across the nation.

Lice has been a continual problem in my grandkids schools. This would certainly give some ease of mind to use a product to repel the lice. Fortunate to not have had the issue yet but I know that it is a nightmare to have to deal with.

I love that this is a natural product to repel lice. I also like the name “Boo” for this spray. This product would relieve my mind if my child was still in school.
