Raspberry Peach Prosecco Punch Recipe

January 29, 2017 by Jenelle

Raspberry Peach Prosecco Punch RecipeValentine’s Day is just around the corner and if you’re looking for a super easy cocktail to make for a romantic dinner for two or a little Valentine’s Day get-together, we’ve got the perfect one for you!

This recipe is courtesy of Santa Margherita and its super easy to make. What a great way to celebrate the designated day for lovers! I think it would be fabulous to serve some chocolate dipped raspberries, blackberries or strawberries right along with it. If you asked my husband, he would request chocolate dipped pineapple. Yes, he’s that type of guy.

Raspberry Peach Prosecco Punch Recipe

12 oz. frozen raspberries
2 cups peach nectar, chilled
1 bottle of Santa Margherita Prosecco Superiore DOCG, chilled
Ice

Place frozen raspberries in a large glass pitcher or bowl. Top with the peach nectar and Santa Margherita Prosecco Superiore DOCG. Fill remainder of the pitcher with ice cubes. Stir and serve cold.

Note: If you’re looking for additional cocktail recipes, you can find hundreds of them right here on The Classy Chics blog!

Oh, I love raspberries, but I developed an allergy years ago & have to avoid them. I’m thinking I could substitute cherries or blackberries, though.

I would eat chocolate dipped pineapple. Why not? Looks like a yummy drink.
