Winter has definitely settled in around here and the temperatures keep dropping. When it’s 20 or below outside, I just don’t like going out and try to avoid it unless I’m going to work or taking my children to school. Like my mom, I’m not a fan of Old Man Winter at all. Here’s to hoping that Spring arrives sooner than later.
I have no business complaining about the weather since it’s usually 75 and sunny here, but I will be one happy camper when all this rain stops. My umbrella broke today during my walk with the wind and rain, so tomorrow I will be wearing my Gortex pants as well as the jacket, and heavy duty boots. My pants, shoes and socks were totally soaked all through my walk–yuck. I’ll enjoy the craft projects and any warm, home-cooked recipes, in the coming week.
