Advanced Mineral Makeup for Natural, Healthy Looking Skin

Advanced Mineral MakeupI’ve tried many different types of makeup over the years and have found some that I can’t live without and others that make their way into the trash bin. I was recently introduced to a line of make up from Advanced Mineral Makeup that is made from natural ingredients that help keep your skin looking healthy and free of harsh chemicals. I received two products from the company for review—the Advanced Mineral Makeup Liquid Mineral Foundation and one of the latest products to hit the scene, the Single Compact Blush. These two products scored high on my beauty benchmark scale and I’m excited to share some details with you today.

I love to wear foundation, but it’s hard to find one that not only provides the coverage I’m looking for, but also is light and doesn’t clog my pores. I’ve been wearing the Advanced Mineral Makeup Liquid Mineral Foundation in Cream Puff, which is the lightest of the seven natural-looking shades they offer. I’m very fair, so this was the best fit for me. This foundation is not only fade-resistant, but lasts all day without touch-ups. It looks so great on my skin, goes on smooth and feels weightless, and as I mentioned above, I am not easy to win over when it comes to foundation. What I really love about this product is that it contains titanium dioxide, which is a natural sunscreen. As a woman who has had a run in with melanoma, I am incredibly diligent about protecting my skin.

The Liquid Mineral Foundation offers a long list of other benefits, such as:

• 100 percent vegan and provides antioxidants, vitamins A and E, rosemary and aloe barbadensis juice to heal skin.
• Anti-microbial (to help clear up skin) and anti-inflammatory properties.
• Boosts the natural function of the skin by stimulating cell growth to rejuvenate tired skin.
• Contains no dyes, perfumes, or binders such as talc or mineral oil and is paraben free.
• Ideal for sensitive skin as well as acne, rosacea, broken capillaries and hyperpigmented skin.
• Will not clog pores and allows skin to breathe.

This foundation meshed so well with my natural skin color and is gentle and light on my sensitive skin and unlike many other foundations, this one actually helps clear up my complexion. The Liquid Mineral Foundation is available on the company’s website for $44.00.

I also have also been using the Advanced Mineral Makeup Single Compact Blush. I like how compact and convenient this blush is, as it doesn’t take up much real estate in my make up bag. Blush is seriously one of the easiest ways to give yourself a little glow, especially when you are on the go. This is a new product in the Advanced Mineral Makeup line and will be available in four gorgeous shades, including the one I’ve been trying out, Pink Candy. Pricing is not yet available for this product.

    I like their AMM Natural Eyeliner (Eyeliner Color: Jet). It seems I never think of all natural eye liner and that is my bad. Our eyes are so special, we need to protect them!
