One of the things I love about this book is all of the educational & informative information contained inside. If you’re just getting into eating healthier foods and wanting to learn about superfoods, this book is definitely for you! The authors do a nice job of introducing you to the world of superfoods and explaining things to you like why you should use coconut water, kefir, cinnamon, etc. in the various recipes. I found the section on nutrition boosters (acai powder, maca powder, pomegranate powder, wheat germ, etc.), to be very informative and I’ve been adding more of those ingredients into various recipes when I can.
If you’re new to owning a NutriBullet, you’ll find a section in the book called “Blending and NutriBullet Basics” which I think you’ll find to be very helpful. I’ve owned my NutriBullet for well over a year now and I learned a few new things too!
If you love homemade smoothies (Like ME!!!), you’ll love the recipes for Blueberry Muffin Smoothie, the Blackberry Pear Smoothie and my newest favorite the Blueberry & Coconut Protein Smoothie. I love starting off my day with a delicious smoothie that I made at home and they only take a few minutes to make. YUMMY!
