Relieving Knee Pain with a Hot & Cold Knee Wrap

The wrap is microwavable and freezable, so you can use it for heat therapy or cold therapy. It is designed to perfectly wrap around your knee or elbow and deliver immediate pain relief.

Directions: Freeze for 1 hour or microwave for 1.5 minutes, then 10 second increments until desired temperature.

As I previously stated, Sam has suffered with chronic knee pain for many years. In the past, he would try to wrap a heating pad around his knee to get some relief. However, a heating bad with electrical cord doesn’t wrap well and it never stayed put. It was a real pain in the butt for him to try to use.

Well, problem solved! Within minutes of the Hot & Cold Knee Ice Wrap arriving, he had it in our microwave and then wrapped around his knee. No kidding, I don’t think the delivery guy was out of our neighborhood, before this wrap was securely around his knee!

One of the things that really surprised him is how well that it holds the heat. He is not jumping in & out of his chair every 5 minutes reheating it up. Next, he told me that it’s very comfortable to wear. As he moves around, he’s not getting tangled up in some type of electrical cord and since the wrap is around his knee, it moves with him, without falling off. Finally, when it comes to storing it…you can store it flat or roll it up. You can easily pack it into your luggage if your traveling too!
