I love muffins and this book has so many different recipes that I would love to try. I always enjoy the Robert Rose cookbooks.
Oh Plum Ricotta! These sound so good, especially the ones with oats since I’m a huge oat lover. Those Robert Rose books are so helpful. This even has gluten-free and vegan muffins so I must check it out.
Whoa–that is a lot of recipes in one book, and all of them muffins! I love muffins and bake them often, usually the same few recipes over and over. From the list you posted, it looks like there are some really unusual muffins in this book. I might just have to put this on my wish list.
