Holiday Crafting Made Easy with Krazy Glue

December 12, 2016 by Shelly

Snow Woman Made from Wood Pallet We are getting closer and closer to the Christmas holiday and my crafting has kicked into high gear. Like most of you, I love to whip up holiday crafts, but let’s face it, I don’t have all day long to wait for glue to dry. When I need to whip up a project quickly, I turn to Krazy Glue All Purpose Glue!

Krazy Glue provides you with the fastest bond needed to instantly make, create and do krazy crafty things! Just a single drop of Krazy Glue can hold up to 2,000 pounds and takes just 30 seconds to dry. That can put all of your holiday craft projects on overdrive!

Krazy Glue is available in a wide assortment of instant adhesives for multiple applications, with an all-purpose formula that bonds to a variety of surfaces including wood, ceramics, leather, rubber, metal and vinyl. It works best on a clean, dry area, squeeze on drop per square inch of surface and hold for 30 seconds. That’s it!

I received a complimentary package of Krazy Glue All Purpose Adhesive with the Precision Tip to try out for all of you. My husband and I have been making wooden Mr. and Mrs. Snowmen from old wood pallets and putting them out in our yard. Once our family & friends saw them, they wanted a set too!

Since we have a lot of them to make in such a short period of time, we’ve been using the Krazy Glue to adhere the painted wooden flower onto Mrs. Snowman’s hat and to adhere the knitted scarf around her neck. For the Mr. Snowman…we’ve been using it to adhere the knitted scarf around his neck.

In the past we used to use wood glue which took a considerable amount of time to dry, you had to use a lot of it and most of the time it dried with a yellowish tint. Now that we’re using the Krazy Glue, it only takes 30 seconds to bond, dries super fast and we love that it dries clear!  Instead of setting things aside for 6-8 hours to dry, we wait 2-3 minutes and we are onto the next task. We can whip these wood crafts out so much quicker now!

We’ve been making all kinds of holiday crafts and using the Krazy Glue All Purpose Adhesive. We’ve used on the wood pallet snowmen that you see featured in this crafting post, we’ve used it to glue ornament balls onto a wreath that we’re working on for our front door and I had a box of ornaments that had gotten damaged over the years and I used it to repair several of those too!

Often times we think about using Krazy Glue when we break something around the house and it needs repaired. However, this stuff is a must-have for crafters too! You can use it on all kinds of different surfaces and it bonds super quickly (30 seconds). Since switching over to Krazy Glue, I haven’t touched my hot glue gun since, which means I have NO BURNS on my fingers! Yay! Love the convenience too!

Head on over to the Krazy Glue site to learn more about their products and to get some handy project ideas!

I have always liked to use Krazy Glue and I especially appreciate the precision tips. These wooden snow people are very cute and I like how much Krazy Glue reduces the time needed to create them.

I want a set too! They are so cute. Just so happens I have a couple of old pallets in my garage.

Mr. and Mrs. Snowman are so cute and what a clever idea for a Christmas decoration. I have never thought of using Krazy Glue on wood projects but that would be much easier and faster than the wood glue which seems like it takes forever to adhere.
