The pillow is made up of several different layers:

* You sleep on a soft, cloudlike layer of COMBEDLOT fiber.

* Thermal insulator surrounds the water layer.

* Exclusive, adjustable aqua support pouch provides responsive support while you sleep.

The bed pillow comes with a little plastic funnel with instructions on how to fill the pouch with water. You use tap water and once you have the water in the pouch, you leave it in there for up to a year. Then drain and fill it again. There is a chart, telling you how much water to put in it…depending on the support that you need:

Soft: You add 2 quarts
Medium: You add 3 quarts
Firm: You add 4-5 quarts

Not sure what you need? They recommend starting out with Medium and then you can adjust from there. So, my husband filled the pillow with water for medium support. It only took him a few seconds to do and it was done!

He’s been sleeping with his new pillow for a little over 2 weeks now and wouldn’t be without it! He’s finally comfortable at night and now is waking up feeling refreshed with no pain or headaches! He has only been getting up once per night (bathroom break), but other than that, he’s sleeping through. I can personally attest that he’s not tossing & turning all night long, trying to get comfortable, which means that I’m finally getting a good night’s sleep too!

    I also really like the Cotton Velour Waterproof Mattress Pad! I have 3 little boys, accidents, spills, you name it happens! this would at least help my mattress a little!

    I would like to have their OVERSTUFFED COTTON SATEEN MATTRESS PAD. I love snuggling in at night and this sounds really comfortable.

    CHIROTRAC DT for neck pain relief would be my choice. I suffer from neck pain and this looks like it would help. They have some great products!

    I could definitely use the CHIROTRAC DT neck pillow. I have chronic neck, back pain as well as migraines so I think this would help.
