Get a Good Night’s Sleep with the Waterbase Bed Pillow
For the past few months my husband has had issues with sleeping. The pillow is made up of several different layers:

The bed pillow comes with a little plastic funnel with instructions on how to fill the pouch with water. You use tap water and once you have the water in the pouch, you leave it in there for up to a year. Then drain and fill it again. Soft: You add 2 quarts
Medium: You add 3 quarts
Firm: You add 4-5 quarts
