Holiday Snack Tray + Spinach Ranch Dip Recipe

December 21, 2016 by Shelly

New York Style Gourmet SnacksDuring the holiday season, we entertain a lot of family and friends. It seems that we have guests in our home every weekend from Thanksgiving through New Year’s. Throughout the season, I’m always looking for easy-to-make snack ideas and appetizers, to keep my hungry guests, satisfied.

When it comes to throwing together a gourmet holiday snack tray, I like to use the New York Style gourmet snacks. For this particular snacking tray, I used the following:

New York Style Authentic Baked Bagel Crisps (Everything Flavor)
New York Style Authentic Baked Panetini (Garlic Parmesan Flavor)
New York Style Ancient Grains & Flaxseed Pita Chips

One of the reasons I love the New York Style is because they’re authentic, baked and contain no artificial flavors or colors. Their snacks are never fried and trust me, they are delicious! You seriously can’t eat just one!!! You’ll never get bored with them, because the company offers a wide variety of different flavored Bagel Crisps, Panetini and Pita Chips. You can visit the company’s website to learn more and to browse the different flavors that they offer. Plus, check out their yummy recipes while you’re there!

Spinach Ranch Dip Recipe

Easy Spinach Ranch Dip Recipe

1  16-ounce container of sour cream
1 packet Ranch Dip
1 box frozen, chopped spinach, thawed and drained

Thaw the box of chopped spinach in a colander for about 30 minutes. I drain out as much of the liquid that I can. While it’s sitting in the colander, I mix up the container of sour cream with the packet of ranch dip, until well combined. Cover my bowl and refrigerate.

Once the spinach has completely thawed and has been drained, mix the chopped spinach up into the bowl until all ingredients are combined. Place bowl back into the refrigerator until serving time. I like to refrigerate for 4-6 hours to allow those flavors to infuse.

Last weekend I whipped up this super easy gourmet holiday snack tray and my guests loved it! Matter of fact, within 90 minutes, there wasn’t a crumb left. If you’re looking for snack dippers, I highly recommend the delicious gourmet snacks that New York Style has to offer.

Serving Tip: Don’t own a chip & dip set? Don’t have any large serving platters? You can take a large crystal or glass plate and add your own glass or crystal bowl to the center. I ran out of platters during our party, so I used a crystal dinner plate and little crystal bowls to hold the dip.

I like the New York Style brand , but have not yet tried the Ancient Grains and flaxseed pita chips. This spinach ranch dip is easy to make and the only thing might add would be some fresh dill.

I like the different crisps and chips that you used to accompany the dip. Looks festive and I know that they are all quite tasty. Plus and easy way to have such a nice snack tray for guests.

Goodness I want some now! I love spinach dip. Really it is dangerous, I could eat it by the spoonful (and have) I will use leftovers on bread. I really love a good pita chip too, there is nothing better. Please pass that here 🙂

I have not heard of these bagel crisps and they sound super good. I love spinach dip so much and I make it every year and put it in a sour dough bread round.
