There are times that my husband has to work near or in a little bit of water with his job and having a flashlight that is waterproof is essential for that. Just last week he had an entire commercial hot water heater that went down in a building and left over 4″ of standing water on the floor. It took 3 employees to remove the old hot water heat and install a new one which took them 6 1/2 hours to do. He used this particular flashlight on that job and couldn’t be happier with it’s performance.
He wasn’t planning on testing out the waterproof feature on purpose, but he did accidentally drop the flashlight into the water and guess what? He can honestly attest to the fact that it floats and it kept on working perfectly throughout the job!
Another great use for this particular flashlight is to have one or a few of them packed into your emergency prepper kits! We get hit with hurricanes, tropical storms, ice storms and blizzards here, so we will be adding one of these to our emergency kit. It’s light-weight, compact in size and waterproof.
