Soothe a Sore Throat with Pine Bros. Softish Throat Drops

November 5, 2016 by Shelly

Pine Bros. Softish Throat DropsHow many of you get a sore throat from time to time? What about an overly dry mouth? If you answered YES to any of those questions, I’ve got a great product to tell you about today.

Pine Bros. has been in business since 1870 and makes a line of softish throat drops in the following flavors: Wild Cherry, Natural Honey, Lemon Lime, Vitamin C Orange and Licorice. Even though they are sold in the cough drop aisle, they are not cough drops! They contain no medicines or questionable ingredients. Their unique natural formula of plant glycerin and imported gum acacia, coats and soothes a throat without numbing it.

Pine Brothers Softish Throat Drops are all natural; glycerin is the active ingredient and these effective throat drops have been soothing sore throats for over 140 years. People who would find Pine Brothers irreplaceable are people who suffer from colds and allergies, singers, actors, speakers, SCUBA divers, chemotherapy patients, and musicians. These products are proudly made in America.

To Use: Adults and children over the age of 3 years: dissolve 1-2 drops slowly in the mouth, repeat as needed. Best if not chewed!

Pine Bros. Softish Throat Drops

I admit, my family has been using Pine Bros. Softish Throat Drops for the past few years. Our favorite flavor is the Wild Cherry and they really do work! I get sore throats a lot from seasonal allergies and colds, and this is the ONLY brand of throat drops that I use to soothe my sore throat.

For this review and feature we received the Sugar-Free Wild Cherry and the Vitamin C Orange Softish Throat Drops to try out for all of you. Since I’ve blogged previously about the Wild Cherry, I’ll concentrate more on the new Vitamin C Orange.

The Pine Bros. Softish Throat Drops in Vitamin C Orange contain 25% RDA vitamin C per throat drop! We all know how important it is to get more vitamin C into our diets to help fight infections, colds, virus’ and various other diseases and ailments. Vitamin C helps our immune system fight off nasty germs & diseases.

Every member in my family uses Pine Bros. Softish Throat Drops when they have a sore throat or dry throat that needs some attention. One of the reasons we use this particular brand is because these throat drops don’t numb your throat and they don’t taste like a nasty medication. Next, they really work! Within a few minutes of using a throat drop, you’ll start to feel relief as it coats and soothes throat, plus, I find that the soothing comfort lasts for hours!

Cold, flu and allergy season are here and we’ve got MONTHS of it to get through. This is one product that should be in every home across America, so that you’re always prepared and ready.

I have used Pine Brothers cherry throat Drops since I was a child. I remember taking them to school when I had a sore throat or cough. They really helped me then as they do now. I love the consistency of this cough drop . It really does soothe your sore throat. I have never Tried the orange vitamin c drops yet I will since I read your awesome review. Thank You for sharing.

I like Pine Brothers Throat drops, but I don’t like the licorice flavor. These throat drops do help me when my throat is sore or dry and I shall continue to use them.

I will have to try their licorice flavor since I love that flavor. I know many hate licorice flavor but not me! I used to practically live on throat drops or anything that would help my dry throat, when I lived in a very dry environment (Denver). Plus I was on the phone constantly for my job and always needed something soothing but usually only had cough drops. I’m so glad to see they make sugar-free, which is my preference.
