I love shiny things—glitter, jewelry, twinkle lights and lip gloss to name a few. Most shiny things are beautiful, but a shiny face? Not so much. It happens to all of us from time to time. A little shine is considered “dewey,” but too much shine is like an oil slick. No one wants that. I was recently introduced to Momoup Oil-absorbing Sheets that come in a convenient roll to fit easily into your handbag, backpack or even a pocket to help soak up any excess oil on the fly.
Made of imported Japanese MINO-WASHI, the Momoup Oil-absorbing Blotting Papers can instantly soak up excess oil and remove shine from your face without smudging makeup. These natural sheets are soft and silky and can be used easily around your nose or other oily areas of your face. They work really well and are perfect for doing a little mid-day freshen up session. I’ve carried other blotting papers in my bag before, but the size and convenience of this one is definitely one of my all-time favorites. It is a must-have to keep you skin and face looking flawless.
Here are some of the key benefits of Momoup oil-absorbing sheets:
• High Quality: the sheets are made from imported top-grade paper with super fine pulp fiber, which is gentle on your skin.
• Efficient: the sheets are 3 times more efficient than other oil-absorbing paper, and quickly removes excess oil and dirt without smudging makeup, keeping your skin clean and shine free.
• Bacteria Resistant: not only removes facial oil and shine, but it also has a natural bacteria resistance.
• Easy to Use: With its stylish sawtooth design, you can easily tear off appropriate length of sheet for use. There’s no waste.
• Compact and Replaceable: Fashionable pocket-size roll is easy to refill, making it economical and environmental friendly.
• Adorable: It looks like a panda. Enough said.
The Momoup Oil-absorbing Blotting Papers are available for under $10 on websites like Amazon. With the holidays just right around the corner, these are the perfect little gift to drop into someone’s stocking.

Usually my nose, chin area and forehead are the facial areas that get shiny. I have problems with it on a daily basis. I usually try to blot my face with a tissue and then put setting powder on it. I know piling on the powder throughout the day isn’t the best solution, but sometimes I need a quick solution and that’s what I end up doing. I’d love to have some blotting papers instead of having to use tissue or whatever is handy.
I do get a shiny face especially in the summer months. I usually just use a makeup sponge to wipe off my face and reapply some foundation.
I do get a shiny face and I hate it when my foundation feels gross. I normally get a tissue or paper towels and rub, which wipes my makeup off. Not a good method!
