First came the coloring books, and now adults are looking to relieve stress through another childhood pastime, adult dot-to-dot puzzles. Stress Less adult activity books have really connected with readers, as the series has sold more than 450,000 copies.
Brand new to the collection is the Dot-to-Dot Mandalas Adult Coloring Book. It’s a combination of both childhood pastimes: dot-to-dots and coloring, but for grownups!
Title: Stress Less Dot-to-Dot Mandalas
Author: Jim Gogarty (founder of iHeartMandalas)
ISBN13: 9781440599187
Publisher: Adams Media
This brand new release contains 80 pages with 30 connect-the-dot puzzles to complete and then color them in. This book combines the surprisingly calming activity of connecting dots with the meditative practice of drawing mandalas. If you’re looking for an easy way to relax, start connecting the dots to create your own mandala and then color it in. You can really get creative to come up with your own unique artwork.
I love adult coloring books and several times a week (usually during the evening hours), I like to sit down and work on a design. I personally find adult coloring to be very relaxing and it’s a great way for me to be creative. Just recently my husband has gotten into the hobby, so this new book quickly became his. He has always loved puzzle books and he absolutely loves doing these adult dot-to-dot designs of the Mandalas and then coloring them in. Finally, a hobby that we both enjoy doing!
