A little over 2 years ago adult coloring books really exploded onto the arts & crafts scene. When they first hit the scene the designs & images were pretty basic, but over the past two years…the designs have gotten a lot more intricate and unique. You can really create some nice work’s of art with some of your adult coloring book pages.

I use adult coloring pages in the work I do with clients (I’m a clinical social worker). We use them to learn coping skills, as well as to increase self expression and increase self esteem

Yes, I have jumped on the adult coloring book bandwagon. I have always loved coloring and find it so relaxing. The adult books are challenging and beautiful which I really enjoy!

I really enjoy coloring in my Adult coloring Book. I have always loved to color I used to color with my own kids years ago. Now I can really enjoy my coloring and relaxing at the same time. Plus coloring in my Adult Coloring Book is Me time. I can get in my own little corner of the world. Love it!!
