Stress Less Coloring Tranquil Patterns Adult Coloring Book
I lead a very super busy life. From the time I get up in the morning (usually around sunrise), until the time I sit down at night…I’m busy! Throughout my day I’m cooking, cleaning, running errands, sometimes babysitting grandchildren, helping to take care of my mom and I run three businesses from home. Yup, my life is jam-packed with activity and the stress that comes along with it.
Two years ago I jumped onto the adult coloring book bandwagon as a way to be creative since I’m also a crafter. However, I soon learned that sitting down with an adult coloring book was a great way to relax and to relieve stress. This type of art therapy is beneficial in so many different ways.
One of my new favorite adult coloring books is called “Stress Less Coloring Tranquil Patterns” from Adams Media. This book contains over 100+ coloring pages for peace & relaxation. These designs (in my honest opinion) are great for paper crafts to use in their scrapbooking, cardmaking and paper crafting projects too!
The Stress Less Coloring Tranquil Patterns inspires you to find peace & relaxation through soothing patterns. Filled with 100+ calming designs, this book allows you to calm your mind, relieve stress, and manage anxiety in a creative, relaxing and therapeutic way. Each stress-reducing page invites you to express yourself using your own unique palette to decorate the designs. Soon, you’ll clear all worries from your mind as you concentrate on coloring in these gorgeous patterns.
Inside the pages of this adult coloring book you’ll find designs that feature gorgeous floral patterns, leaves and foliage, feathers, birds, ocean waves, butterflies and more. There are designs for everyone in this book to enjoy. It has quickly become one of my favorite books and I’m going to be using some of these designs as background papers on some of my homemade greeting cards come Spring. They are super pretty!

I know a lot of you like to know which coloring pens or pencils that I’m using when I post photographs of the designs that I’m working on. The page shown in this post is done with glitter gel ink pens. I got them in a large 100 ink gel pen set. You can check out my post HERE on the gel ink pens that I prefer to use.
