Lavender-Scented Microwavable Neck Heat Wrap

One of the best holiday gifts you can give someone is the the gift of improved health or the gift of a product that helps to ease pain. While I am no doctor, I can share my personal experience with all of you on this next product that I received for review.
The Lavender-Scented ExtraLong Microwavable Neck Heat Wrap is perfect to use at home or while traveling. It’s ideal for stress and neck pain relief. The Lavender scent helps you to relax, relieves stress and just helps you to feel better with it’s soothing aroma.
This neck wrap can be used for hot or cold therapy and it’s 100% reusable! For heat therapy, you’ll want to microwave it for 1.5 minutes, then at 10 second increments until it’s at the desired temperature. If you prefer cold therapy, you’ll want to place it into the freezer for at least 60 minutes before use. You want to be careful to NOT overheat it when placing it into the microwave. When I place mine into the freezer, I place it into a plastic bag.
My husband lost his mother earlier this month to cancer and he’s been under a lot of stress. This stress has caused him to have a lot of neck and shoulder pain. He’s been using the neck heat wrap to help him relax and to help relieve that pain. The majority of the time he falls asleep after 15-20 minutes of using the neck wrap, so I know it’s working for him.
I fell and hurt my knee last week and I used it off and on for 3 days for cold therapy by placing it in my freezer. It’s a LOT nicer than using those stiff & hard ice packs which weight a ton! This wrap is soft and flexible and conforms to your unique shape. Even though it’s made for the neck area, I wrapped it around my knee and got fantastic relief. I also like using the cold therapy when I get migraine headaches and I use it around my neck and shoulders. It’s fantastic for that use too!
