Sunshine Grapefruit Mocktail Recipe

Sunshine Grapefruit Mocktail RecipeI admit, I rarely drink alcohol anymore. When my daughter and son-in-law prepare cocktails, they typically make me a mocktail instead. These days you can enjoy a mocktail that tastes just like it’s alcohol-filled counterpart or even better.

Here’s a fun fact: According to Psychology Today, Vitamin C helps reduce physical and psychological stress. I don’t know about all of you, but I definitely need to relax more and de-stress my life.

Serving & Preparation Tips: When serving your favorite mocktails and cocktails, chill your glasses for at least 90 minutes before using them. If you don’t have a blender or food processor to crush up your ice…place ice into a zipper closure freezer bag and then pound it with a mallet. If you don’t want to water down your beverages by using regular ice, pour the Sparkling ICE Grapefruit into an ice cube tray and make your own flavored ice.
