How many of you enjoy dining at Sonic Drive-In? I know we do! Luckily for us, we have one that is about a 10 minute drive from our home. In addition, we love to travel all over the mid-Atlantic states and can often find a Sonic’s when we travel. I’m a huge fan of their boneless chicken wings, onion rings and of course, their delicious beverages!
SONIC Drive-In launched its eighth annual Limeades for Learning charitable voting campaign that funds $1 million dollars’ for classroom teacher projects across the country. Over the course of the next four weeks SONIC fans and guests can help decide which projects receive funding by voting for projects in their community or their favorites on LimeadesforLearning.com. Since 2009, SONIC has donated $6,176,337 to local projects like these.
I was just over on the site looking around and there are some really cool classroom teacher projects that you can vote on. The voting is LIVE right now and they need your help! I love that Sonic give funds for teachers’ educational projects and lets its customers vote for which one should get the money.
Sonic left our town about a year ago, I miss their coney dogs! I always like how they do things for the community. I really like this classroom project. There is one an hour away we sometimes still go to, we will have to stop and get a limeade!
I’ve never been to a Sonic and don’t usually eat that kind of food. I did look them up and there’s one about an hour away. I do like this learning program and it’s a great way to help your community and kid’s classrooms.
