I’m always looking for ways to take better care of myself and I recently learned a little about the super-fruit sea buckthorn. This tiny little berry packs some amazing powers and Dr. Oz named it the “miracle berry.” With an endorsement like that, my interest was definitely piqued. The nutrition from this super-fruit is wonderful for female health in particular. I received two products from Seabuck Wonders that I’m excited to tell you about today—Sea Buckthorn Oil Blend/Omega-7 Complete and Sea Buckthorn Berry Oil.
Seabuck Wonders was the first company to bring Sea Buckthorn products to the U.S. in 1994. The company prides itself on producing the highest quality Sea Buckthorn products known in the world. Seabuck Wonders uses only pure Himalayan, USDA Certified Organic Sea Buckthorn berries. Both of the products that I received are wonderful supplements to integrate into your life.
The Sea Buckthorn Oil Blend Omega-7 Complete is the company’s best-selling product and it combines berry and seed oil for all of the benefits that sea buckthorn has to offer. It comes in a capsule and contains Omegas-3, 6, 7, 9 as well as Vitamin E. Omega-7 Complete provides overall health support and addresses quite a variety of health needs including skin, gastrointestinal, heart and liver health. The antioxidant content can boost immunity and this blend also offers anti-inflammatory support.
What’s really interesting is that other Omega-7 sources can’t really compare to sea buckthorn’s incredible nutritional profile. It offers a superior source of Omega 7 over fish (great news for people who aren’t huge fish fans) and macadamia nuts. This product softens and moisturizes the skin and provides relief for dry eyes (which I have), sunburn and other skin conditions. I haven’t had to put drops in my eyes for weeks, which I attribute to this great product. It can also reduce dryness and irritation of the vagina as well. Sea buckthorn oil has been used to support a variety of yeast, cervical and other gynecological concerns. This product is available for $29.97 and comes with 60 gel caps in each bottle.
Sea Buckthorn Berry Oil offers intensive cellular care and provides a rich supply of Omega-7 (30-35%)as well as other nutrients such as vitamins E, A and superoxide dismutase (SOD). This is the perfect addition to your daily health and beauty routine. The Omega-7 may support, replenish, and moisten mucus membranes that line the digestive urogenital tracts. It also helps make your hair and nails stronger and healthier, in addition to supporting dental and gum health. I’ve noticed a difference for sure in those two areas. I floss regularly and my gums are less sore and don’t ever bleed. By supporting cell health, sea buckthorn berry oil is also wonderful for topical skin treatments, so it can be used both internally and externally. This product is available for $15.97.
Both of these products are 100% USDA Certifed Organic, Non-GMO Project Verified, Hexane-Free and Kosher Certified. In addition, this company is environmentally conscious with sustainable farming practices and support of fair trade.

Hair and nail strength are definitely areas that I am considered about. Sounds like this has just the right nutrients to improve overall health and benefit other areas. Would be an interesting product to try.
I have bever heard of seaabbuck thorn. Not lately, the Dr told my husband to stop taking niacin (which made no sense) and to replace it with fish oil. I am intrigued this has more omega 3’s/ I might have to ask and see if this will work as well or better..
I have heard of this fruit and oil, but knew very little about Sea buckthorn until I read this article. This sounds like a great supplement for me to take.
I’ve heard of this fruit and oil and have wanted to learn more about it since I’m not a fish lover but know it’s nutrient rich for health. I’m listening to detox talks all this week so this fits right into what I want to accomplish, including adding healthy supplements like this to my diet.
