A few years ago a Sonic Drive-In finally arrived in our local area and ever since…we’ve been big fans. One of the reasons we enjoy going to Sonic is because they have a vast menu and there is something for everyone to enjoy. Sure, they have burgers like your burger joints, but they offer so much more!
First, let’s start with the new Sonic Blast Flavor Funnels that come in 5 different flavors:
Snickers Bars & Caramel Flavor
M&Ms Chocolate Candies & Chocolate Flavor
Oreo Cookie Pieces & Oreo Stuffing Flavor
Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups & Peanut Butter Flavor
Butterfinger & Caramel Flavor
On a recent trip to Sonic I was able to try the Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups & Peanut Butter Flavor Funnel and my husband got to try out the Butterfinger & Caramel Flavor Funnel. One of the things that immediately impressed us with these icy cold treats is that they’re really blended up really well. There weren’t large chunky hard piece in them at all, perfectly blended and easy to enjoy. They weren’t overly sweet either…just sweet enough to totally satisfy your sweet tooth. They were delicious and now we want to go back and try out the other flavors too!
Love boneless chicken wings? Well, Sonic has those too! Matter of fact, they have them in 3 everyday flavors and 3 limited-time only flavors which are as follows:
Garlic Parmesan, Hot Honey Barbecue, Pineapple Habanero, Asian Sweet Chili, Honey Barbecue and Buffalo.
We love chicken wings and eat them pretty often. However, I have to admit that eating bone-in chicken wings is a real pain! I had never tried a boneless variety until these and I am now totally hooked on them! Hubby and I sampled the Honey Barbecue and we can’t wait to get them again! OH MY GOSH…they are super good and NOT overly spicy at all. There is a slight spicy kick to them, but it’s totally balanced out with the sweetness of the honey. I like that they have a lot of sauce on them which is perfect for dipping too!
Finally, we can’t visit Sonic Drive-In without having a big order of the Sonic Tots! Every time we go, Hubby and I each order the tots! They are always cooked to perfection and make a great side to whatever you’re ordering & enjoying. If you love tator tots, you’ll love these!

If I’m ever within a few miles of a Sonic, I’m stopping! I would love to try these funnels and the wings – I’m smackin’ my lips just thinking about it. You are lucky one opened up near you! Yum!
I do not have a Sonic near me, but after reading your review I would love to go to one and have the chicken wings and a Blast Funnel drink.
We have a Sonic just blocks from us and I haven’t been there in a year at least (no excuse!). I’ll have to head over and try these.
We like the Sonic Blast Flavor Funnels and had them in the Summer. I like the Butterfinger & Caramel Flavor! I have not tried the Boneless chicken wings but want to with the kids! We love Sonic.
I don’t stop there for food very often but I do like their limeades. I do want to try the Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups & Peanut Butter Flavor Funnel and the boneless chicken wings (in several flavors)
We havent tried any of this! Our Sonic closed about a year and a half ago. We loved their coney dogs and would often stop by . Their shakes are really really good too. They had some terrific deals. Now I want to go find the nearest Sonic your picture looks so good!
