I’m no stranger to make up and skincare products, but I truly get jazzed trying new products, which is one of the wonderful benefits of writing for a blog like this one. I get to try out unique and interesting products and then tell you all about it. Today, I have found one of those products that I’m really looking forward to sharing with you. It’s a lovely Classic Water by Farmaesthetics that sets your make-up, tones and brightens your skin, and also is a wonderful little mid-day pick-me-up.
I’m a little familiar with Classic Waters and have tried a few in the past. They are one of those products you could picture your great-grandmother or great-great-grandmother using back in the day with it placed on a wooden vanity with the rounded mirror on top. My grandmother had one and all of her perfumes, cosmetics and brushes were organized to perfection on it. I remember this so vividly. The Farmaesthetics Class Water is reminiscent of these toiletries of the past, but is totally updated for the modern, yet classic woman of today.
Before I tell you more about this product, let me give you a little background on the company. Farmaesthetics offers a full line of 100% natural luxury skincare products, which can be found in the finest spas and retailers in the world. The Farmaesthetics Classic Water that I tried is the Grapefruit Water & Glycerin, which smells so invigorating and fresh. I’ve been taking it with me in my purse each day, as it is perfect for a little mid-day spritz to stir up the senses. Sometimes when I’m at my desk at work, I need a little pick-me-up!
Some of the key ingredients in this product are:

What I also really like about this product is the dewey finish it gives to the skin, while it also clears the skin of germs and other contaminants, thanks to witch hazel and its antiseptic nature. Grapefruit, which a known tonifying agent, brightens even the dullest complexion, and is ideal for beautifully setting makeup. It has a light, natural scent and is not overbearing, which is another thing I really love about it.
In addition, the glycerin in this product provides a protective barrier to lock moisture in. Using this spray throughout the day will help keep your skin hydrated, in addition to making your skin feel refreshed. Allow the mist to settle on your skin to keep your complexion young and dewey looking. It’s also great to use in hot weather to keep your skin from getting irritated and inflamed.

I have always liked to use witch hazel and I think that these American made products are definitely something I want to try and endorse. I like citrus scents.
You are right. My grandmother used to use witch hazel and rosewater. She had beautiful skin. She was doing something right!. I wonder???
I use witch hazel regularly, but that’s about it. I need to try some rosewater and glycerin products. like this. I do love citrus scents like grapefruit though. I bet it smells amazing too.
