My Thoughts: As you all know, I see BOTH of my grandchildren several times every week and have an extremely close relationship with them. We hold regular reading dates, play dates and craft dates with them and it something we always look forward to. When it comes to reading, I feel its important to start our children out at a very young age to learn to love books and to learn to read them…even when they’re toddlers! Matter of fact, my granddaughter was reading simple books at the age of 4 years old! She is 7 now and loves to read!
I received a complimentary copy of “In Plain Sight” to review for you and it’s a wonderful book. The illustrations are just gorgeous and I did find myself searching them closely to find the hidden item that Sophie was looking for. My husband often plays hide ‘n seek games with our granddaughter, so this book totally reminded me of that. It’s an easy read and at the age of 7…Princess had no problems reading it and understanding the story line.

This sounds like a wonderful book. As a new grandmother I love that this book features the loving relationship between a grandfather and granddaughter
