Sigh, it’s August 19th already and we have about one month left of summer, if that. I guess that really depends on the weather but I’m hoping we can keep our swimming pool open until the second week in September. We love having our own pool and put in a new above ground pool back in May. We really gave it a good workout on the days that we’ve been home. It’s one of the best investments we’ve made in a long time! We get a lot of physical activity (good for our health) and it’s great for family bonding time.
It’s been a super busy summer for us and I’m looking forward to things slowing down in late October. Yup, we’ve got a few more mini vacation trips & daytrips to complete before we call our summer season finished for this year. I agree with this quote. Education should inspire us to want to know more. It does not have to be about everything, but every day is a chance to learn something new. I have been catching up and learned new things about freezing peppers and getting rid of bed bugs!!!
