Smocked and Embroidered Children’s Clothing

August 13, 2016 by Shelly

Navy Gingham Shortall for BoysSmockingbird Children’s Clothing Company is an affordable classic children’s clothing line based in Charleston, South Carolina that features smocked and embroidered clothing for girls and boys including rompers, bishop dresses, bubbles, john johns, bathing suits and more. The company’s motto, adorable clothing, child-sized prices.

With autumn and the holidays right around the corner, Smockingbird has several new options for the cooler months. The company has added new apparel from a turkey unisex loungewear set to a special red corduroy line that is perfect for holiday photographs. In addition the holiday loungewear sets are quintessential pieces for those holiday family mornings. All holiday apparel has options for both boys and girls. The sizes range from infants to children’s size 6 with monogramming available on the loungewear and most of the Smockingbird line.

For this review & feature we received the Apples Smocked Navy Gingham Shortall from Smockingbird Kids. It’s made out of 100% cotton and is machine wash & dry. When I see gingham prints, I automatically think of the U.K. and the children of the royal family. You’ll often see the Royals dressing up their little ones in gingham prints!

Apples Smocked Navy Gingham Shortall

The shortall features a 3-snap crotch closure for easy diapering or potty training. Each shoulder strap features 2 functioning red buttons for easy on and off. The front feature an adorable red apple embroidered pattern on a smocked white background. You can decide to wear it on it’s own or with a shirt underneath, entirely up to you. If you have a little girl in the family, they offer a dress version too!

I think my little 11 month old grandson looks absolutely adorable in his new shortalls. It’s been extremely HOT here in the northeast (over 90 degree days for the past 2 1/2 weeks) and most of the time he wears it without a shirt. If it gets cooler out during the early morning or late evening hours, my daughter will slip a solid white tee underneath it. Super cute!

Smockingbird collections offers classic children’s clothing that are timeless and affordable. The Smockingbird collection is available for purchase online and I invite you to check out this adorable line of children’s clothing that is affordably priced!

I just came back from visiting the Mockingbird online site. Their Cloths are so adorable. I love the embroidering on all the clothes. Plus I love their styles. They kind of remind me of the baby clothes I used to wear as a toddler and that was 70 years ago. Just love the Detail and Embroidery.. Your Grandson looks so adorable in his blue and white gingham romper with the bright red Buttons, Apples and embroidery.. He really is a Cute little Guy! 🙂

This outfit is very cute and your grandson looks adorable in it. I am going to look at the Smockingbird collection to see if I want to purchase items for my grandsons.
