I’ve been taking 2-3 a day (less than what is recommended) only because of my sensitive stomach issues. I’m not fond of anything in a capsule form due to my stomach & swallowing issues. He suffers with knee and shoulder joint problems, so we are hoping they will help him too. While I like them, I do wish this was in a soft chew form or in an easy-to-swallow caplet form.
