SeaTurtle Sports Turtle Nest HammockI don’t know about you, but I want to stretch the summer out as long as possible. My son doesn’t go back to school until September, so we are still enjoying every moment. We are a camping family and we have headed out a few times this summer for some relaxation and fun. We have a camping checklist that is quite extensive, but the one thing we didn’t have until a few weeks ago, was a hammock. I was recently introduced to SeaTurtle Sports’ Turtle Nest hammock and it’s the perfect companion for our camping adventures.

SeaTurtle Sports’ new hammock is the perfect addition to any backyard or in my case, to my campsite. This hammock is incredibly durable, lightweight and compact. The hammock actually compresses to the size of a softball (amazing), and it can be stored in the attached pouch, which doubles as a drink holder or a place to store other gear while the hammock is in use. The bag makes it really convenient when you are on the go as it doesn’t add much weight or bulk.

The SeaTurtle Turtle Nest Hammock is very roomy. It can actually accommodate up to three people (up to 400 pounds total), so this thing is made to hold up and hold up well! The hammock is simple to set up and it comes with two iron non-corrosive carabiners, which make it easy to attach to a deck or railing. What you need to keep in mind is that if you are attaching it to a tree (like we did), you will need to bring something to wrap around the tree and attach to the carabiners. I think this is the one thing that could make the Turtle Nest better. I thought a few bungee cords would do the trick, but it did not. It would be nice if the hammock included cords that could wrap around and attach to the carabiners. Only my friend’s 9-year-old daughter could hang in the hammock without it falling to the ground with our sub-par set up. She absolutely loved it and was very excited to be in my review. She said “thumbs up.” It was her birthday, so she felt like a princess lounging around in my cool new hammock. I’m sure if we would have had the right tools to correctly hang it on our trip, we would have been just as comfortable in it as we were on our patio.

    SeaTurtle Sports Turtle Toss Cornhole Bean Bag Toss Game is a game we would love to have. We like playing this and dont have our own set. I like how colorful this is.
