Cute Baby Clothes & Mommy Tees to Match!

Eleven months ago I gave birth to my second child, a handsome son named Jaxon. Since his birth I’ve been on the hunt to find unique baby items and children’s clothes. Just like most mothers, I’m tired of shopping at the department stores and finding the same thing from rack to rack.

Recently I was introduced to the online boutique called Pickles n’ Roses owned by Shannon Marie Lima. She’s a fashion designer that has created a line of boutique style baby & children’s clothing and matching tees for moms! All of the items are proudly made in the U.S.A.

First up, the complimentary pair of little boy’s pajama pants in the comfortable and fun “harem” style. We received a size 6-12 months and my son is wearing a size 12 months, so they are a tad short on him but fit perfectly around his waist. The pair that we received is done in a white & black all-over popsicle & ice cream cone print.

They are made out of soft cotton and feature a solid black stretchy-knit waist band and ankle cuffs. There is a faux drawstring tie on the front. One of the things I like about the “harem” style is that there is plenty of room through the butt area to accommodate a diaper. Sometimes pants can fit a child really snuggly through the butt, due to diaper bulk. The way that these are cut & fit, you won’t have that problem at all. There are no crotch snaps/openings, so it’s easy to just pull them on & off your child.

For myself, I received the Wifey & Mama tee which is super cute. It’s available in 2 different sizes and on the front it has the words “Wifey & Mama”. The tee features a v-neckline, short-sleeves and is what I call a “fitted” tee. It’s not over-sized or boxy at all. Matter of fact, I would recommend sizing up one size when ordering if you don’t want it to hug your body.

The tee is made out of a blend of ring-spun cotton and polyester. It’s incredibly soft and washes up really nicely. I think the more you wash it, the softer it gets! A cute tee to wear with your shorts, summer skirts or your denim jeans.
