1/2 oz. Pure Sonoma Olive Juice
3 oz. vodka or gin

Shake over ice and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish the glass with 3 olives, plain or stuffed with blue cheese.

1 part Organic Apple Cider Vinegar
5 parts water
1 tsp. honey (or to taste)
1/2 Meyer lemon or 1 tbsp. lemon juice

Mix together 1 part apple cider vinegar with 5 parts of water. Add in the honey and lemon juice.  Use this swizzle in cocktails, to create sport drinks, pour over salads or take 2 tbsp. in the morning diluted in 4 oz. of water for it’s health benefits.

    I am not a martini drinker, so I would definitely prefer the Sonoma Swizzle drink recipe. However, I could see myself using the Sonoma olive juice in other recipes
