We received 2 complimentary bottles of infused syrups to try out for all of you. Here’s what we received:
– White Ginger Infused Simple Syrup
– Meyer Lemon Infused Simple Syrup
These syrups contain no artificial flavors, colors or preservatives. They are all-nature & handcrafted in America in small batches in the wine country. Do not refrigerate them, just let them sit out on the counter-top or on top of your bar. Store them away from direct light and heat.
The White Ginger Infused Simple Syrup is great for use in coffee, cocktail drinks, added to sparkling water, sorbet or use it to make your own ginger ale. This new version of an old classic infuses 100% white ginger in pure cane simple syrup. Can also be used to glaze ribs. Printed right on the back of the bottle is a simple recipe on how you can make your own Ginger Ale and Ginger Latte.
The Meyer Lemon Infused Simple Syrup is great for baking, adding to iced tea, used to flavor cocktail drinks, to make lemonade, to flavor sorbet or try some in your coffee or hot tea. This syrup is a new twist on an old classic that infuses fresh Meyer lemon juice & peel in pure cane syrup which blends easily into your drink or recipe.
We tried out the White Ginger Infused Simple Syrup to make some homemade Ginger Ale. It was really easy to do and all you have to do is add 1 oz. of the White Ginger Syrup to 6 oz. of soda water and mix it over some ice. I have to admit, it was pretty good.
My favorite syrup out of the two that we tried was the Meyer Lemon Infused Simple Syrup which I used to sweeten some hot herbal tea and I used it to make some homemade lemonade. It has a really nice lemon flavor to it that’s not over-powering at all. For my needs, I definitely get more use out of this syrup as compared to the first one…but both are equally good!

Both of these syrups sounds very good. I like that they are all natural. i would probably use them both in drinks, but the ginger one more in savory dishes and the Meyer lemon more in sweet dishes.
I like that these are all natural. I’ll definitely look for these since I like to flavor my tea.
These sound delicious! I’d love to use it for a cake, the kind you infuse with syrup after baking. I’ve seen recipes, but never tried it.
I like both ginger ale and lemonade. These two would be very welcome in my kitchen.
Oh how nice, and Meyer lemons are so special. I have a Strawberry Simple Syrup (that I made actually), but this seems so much better.
My teen loves, Loves, LOVES lemon! I love the ingredients these products are made out of. Sounds like a great products for anyone’s kitchen.
