These snacks couldn’t have come at a more perfect time. My co-worker and I just started our healthier eating lifestyle this week and these snacks are perfect for curbing my hunger. Not only are the good for you, but they also taste really good…and you don’t need the whole bag to satisfy your hunger until your next meal…a few clusters will suffice. I also love that they are gluten free and vegan (as another co-worker says, “These are Vegan approved”)!

Out of the two pictured above that I had the pleasure of trying out, almond pecan crunch is by far my FAVORITE and has less sugar than cashew crunch, so it’s a WIN-WIN! My boyfriend even approves of these delicious nut clusters which is shocking because sometimes I think he’s “allergic” to healthy foods. These are also great snacks if you are constantly on the go. So instead of stopping at the closest fast-food restaurant for a quick bite, I would suggest popping a couple of these clusters in your mouth. Your wallet and tummy will thank you later.

    Cashews are a special treat for me, so I’d reach for the True North Cashew Crunch flavor first. From their website, I learned that the two grocery stores I shop at carry True North snacks, so I’m good to go!

    I like their recipe ideas, especially with yogurt and chia seeds. My fave would be the Cashew Crunch since I don’t buy cashews that often.
