I haven’t deep fried anything yet, but this sounds wonderful for a crowd – I wonder about how much chicken this is good for – sounds like it would be at least a few pounds! Delish!

I have a deep fryer but am kind of afraid to use it. I’ve been looking around for something simple to start with. I was leaning toward doughnuts, but fried chicken sliders sure do sound good. The recipe doesn’t say how much chicken the marinade is for, but I’m guessing it’s a lot, since it starts with a half-gallon of buttermilk–I might halve it. Buttermilk is great for tenderizing chicken.

This recipe sounds so yummy and one I have never heard of. I would like to make these this summer for the whole family. I also like the portion control size of these. Have a nice weekend.
