I’m always seeking new hair products to add to my morning routine. I look for products that can tame my tresses, give me a smooth blow out, but also give my hair a little oomph in the volume department. I was recently introduced to a great hair gel product by White Sands that conquers all of these needs and so much more.

White Sands Gel-Us Volumizing Gel offers 24 hour humidity resistance, frizz reduction and hold, while it helps thicken hair and plump roots with its herbaceous blend of marshmallow root, horse chestnut, sage, hops, and dandelion. This is definitely much different than other hair gels that I’ve used. It is very lightweight, but it still offers great styling offering flexibility and conditioning to your hair. It is ideal for plumping the roots of your hair before blow-drying, which is what I really like about this product. I have fairly thin hair and I usually add several different products to give my hair some volume and this product really gives it the boost that I’m looking for. It not only is perfect for volume, but gives the hair a fantastic shine as well, especially when used with a flat iron.

White Sands Gel-Us features over 15 floral and herbal nourishing extracts that work in harmony to soften and smooth hair, while giving it flexible body and strength. Some of these extracts are:

I definitely need help with the frizz and this product does a stellar job at keeping those crazy fly-away hairs under control. The gel also offers a long-lasting hold with the ability to repel moisture and humidity, and can also act as a natural curl definer. What I really love about this product is that it is alcohol-free, so it won’t dry out your hair or leave any dried flakes behind.
