Stress Less Coloring By The Shore – Adult Coloring Book

June 1, 2016 by Shelly

Stress Less Coloring - By The Shore Adult Coloring BookIf you’ve been reading this blog for awhile, you’ll already know that I’m a big fan of the coastal and beach lifestyle. I decorate my home in a coastal style, I prepare a lot of fish & seafood dishes for my family to enjoy and often times…I’m whipping up creative beach-style craft projects to share with all of you.

Like many of you…I’ve also jumped on the adult coloring book bandwagon as a way to reduce stress & anxiety in my life. During the evening hours, I enjoy sitting down with my coloring book and creating a nice piece of paper art. I then use these art pieces in various scrapbooking, cardmaking and paper craft projects around my home.

Stress Less Coloring - By The Shore Adult Coloring Book

Recently I received the “Stress Less Coloring By The Shore” adult coloring book to review for you. This book contains 100+ coloring pages for peace & relaxation. All of the designs are oceanic designs, some of them are easy & quick designs and others are quite extensive and elaborate.

Title: Stress Less Coloring By The Shore
ISBN-13: 978-1-4405-9714-5
Publisher: Adams Media

You’ll find relaxing beach scenes, coral reefs, sea life, lighthouses, ships and other designs that will remind you of the ocean. As you bring color to paper, you’ll be able to release tension, while being creative. This book is great for beginners and/or those with a lot of experience in art therapy.

Stress Less Coloring - By The Shore Adult Coloring Book

As someone who loves the coastal lifestyle, I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE this adult coloring book! I’ve been busy coloring in the designs and will be making a few different craft projects with them over the next few weeks (some of those projects I’ll share here on the blog). This is one of the BEST adult coloring books that I’ve ever received!

You can purchase the Stress Less Coloring – By the Shore: 100+ Coloring Pages for Peace and Relaxation directly from Amazon for a great price! It’s one of my favorite adult coloring books!

I have jumped! I’ve always painted and drawn so when this whole thing became popular I was happy to have another outlet. Depending on the book it can be mindlessly soothing or when I’m upset and need distracting, I pick a difficult pattern to concentrate on.
