I love ice cream and I’ve been eating it a lot more recently thanks to some extensive oral surgery that I had last month. To keep things interesting, I’ve been rotating around the brands & flavors of ice cream and popsicles, so that I don’t get bored.
Recently I received a complimentary box of Magnum Double Caramel Ice Cream Bars to try out for all of you. These vanilla bean ice cream bars are dipped in a chocolatey coating, caramel sauce and milk chocolate. The box I received contained 3 ice cream bars and each bar is individually wrapped.
If you love vanilla bean and if you love Belgian chocolate, you’re going to love these! The center of each bar is made up of smooth vanilla bean ice cream. The center section is then surrounded by a layer of chocolate, then a layer of caramel sauce and then another layer of milk chocolate. Those 4 layers are absolutely PERFECT together!
Since receiving one box for the review, I’ve went out and purchased 5 more boxes in a variety of different flavors. As soon as my family sees them in the freezer, they disappear, so I’ve resorted to hiding them in our extra freezer downstairs. So far, they haven’t found those! LOL
These delicious Magnum Ice Cream Bars are available in 4 different varieties: Double Raspberry, Double Caramel, Double Peanut Butter and Mini Double Caramel. You can find them in stores nationwide. I’m giving them 10 stars out of 10 stars on my delicious-tasting rating scale. YUMMY!

I love these too. I always feel that if I am going to treat myself it might as well be with something that is absolutely delicious and these certainly make the cut. I love how they have the different layers of flavors.
This is just in time for summer. I appreciate all of the nice recipe that you share. This will be going over well with the youngsters.
I want to try the double caramel. This is my kind of treat. I love ice cream bars most in the summer.
I have never tried these but I don’t have a freezer so maybe that’s an acceptable reason for eating the whole box, lol. Just kidding, I bet I could find them sold as a single bar somewhere or just share the other two with friends. I love vanilla flavor too.
I love Magnum bars , but I have only tried the Double Raspberry and the original chocolate. I have to go out and buy this Double Caramel. All the flavors sound delicious and my mouth is watering already.
You had me at vanilla bean. I have not tried these ice cream bars yet but now I think I will. It is going to be be a cool crisp 107 degrees here in a few days and I need to have some of these on hand thanks for the great review.
oh oh I have passed by these and not tried them yet. But I’m almost dizzy at this delectable description – and yes, I do I do I do love vanilla bean and Belgian chocolate and all that good stuff in there, too. I must try these soon!!! All flavors!!!!!
