As with any health supplement, you typically don’t notice any results until you’ve been taking them for a few weeks. With that said, just in the past 2-3 days I’ve noticed that my nails do appear to be growing faster and they are stronger in strength. In addition, I’ve noticed less of my hair laying in the shower drain the past few days after I’ve showered, which is always a good thing!
If you have chewing or jaw problems, you should be able to easily handle these soft chews. I have TMJ issues and I’m able to take these easily.
