As with any health supplement, you typically don’t notice any results until you’ve been taking them for a few weeks. With that said, just in the past 2-3 days I’ve noticed that my nails do appear to be growing faster and they are stronger in strength. This is another way to get biotin which I would like to try. This is an easy way to get the biotin without having to swallow a pill.
Sounds interesting and maybe something that would be worth a try. I have definitely noticed some of these same signs as I get older, especially more loss of hair in the shower. I have heard positive things about acai berry.
This seems like a good solution. I’m over 60 myself and really there are only so many vitamins a person can swallow as pills in one day!
