It seems like I’m always shopping for gifts. There is always someone’s birthday, anniversary, wedding, baby shower, holiday or just-because gift that is needed. Recently I received the Friend 16 oz. Ceramic Mug to review for all of you. My best friend Renee has a birthday coming up next month and I knew this would be the perfect gift for her! We’ve been BFF’s for the past 41 years and I just adore her. Seriously, you could NOT ask for a better friend than Renee!
This ceramic mug is part of the Emmaline collection by Pavilion Gift Company. It’s made out of ceramic stoneware and is generously sized. It will hold 16 oz. so it’s perfect for coffee, hot tea, hot cocoa or even soup! It features a sturdy handle and the mug is very well-balanced.
It is dishwasher and microwave-safe, but if you want to keep it looking beautiful for years…they recommend hand-washing it. The one I received is in a beautiful pale robin’s egg blue color and on the front of the mug it says “You are the Friend everyone wishes they had.” The inside of the mug is done in a solid cream color. The photos don’t do this mug any justice, it’s gorgeous!
I’m going to buy some of Renee’s favorite chocolate candies, her favorite coffee & creamer and place it all into a gift bag with a newly released book for her Birthday this year. I know she’s really going to appreciate this mug and I bet you she’ll get all teary-eyed on me when she reads the imprinted saying on it. Yup, she’s that type of girl.
