Wow, today is FRIDAY May 13th! Are any of you superstitious? I’m not. Heck, I don’t even believe in luck. Don’t get me wrong, I believe everything happens for a reason, but I don’t believe a bad-force is behind it. I believe good things happen to good people and you should always strive to live a good life, be kind to others!

My spouse was flying all day (California to Maine), and I tried to put the fact that it was Friday the 13th right out of my mind. His final flight of the day was delayed a bit, but other than that, there were no jinxes at all. Whew!

The quote does make you think. With all the prejudice, fear, and stereotypes out there that quote really says it – how fear can bring us apart.
It is the first and only Friday the 13th this year. I’m not superstitious either, and my daughter actually really likes the number 13. I do have to say that since it is the first one it is also Blame Someone else day. I just thought that was funny. Have a great Saturday the 14th too!
AS usual I appreciate both the quote and the list of posts, reviews and giveaways for this past week. Sometimes you have to approach someone and not worry about being rejected be ause if you don’t try you cannot get to know anyone.
