About 7 months ago I jumped on the adult coloring book craze. While many people have started adult coloring as a way to reduce stress & to relax, I started doing it for another reason…for paper crafting! I love scrapbooking and cardmaking and I’ve learned that I could use my colored masterpieces on my scrapbook pages or on my homemade greeting cards!
I use a variety of coloring tools when I work on my masterpieces: crayons, colored pencils, art markers, watercolor pens, gel ink pens, glitter pens/markers, etc. You can get really creative with adult coloring books and use whatever medium you prefer when it comes to coloring in the pages.
If you’re a crafter and want smaller or larger images…you can scan them in on your computer, resize the image(s) and print them out onto cardstock, watercolor paper, etc. Most of the images in this particular adult coloring book are beautifully sized for paper crafters, so you can color as-is! The images in this book are absolutely GORGEOUS and I’ll be coloring them in and using them in my paper crafts this summer! I’ll share some of those craft projects here on the blog as I get them completed.

I am in love with all the different adult coloring books, they seem to help me relax & take my mind off the stress of each day. Once I’ve finished a page, it gives me enjoyment to see what it turns out looking like, a piece of artwork.

I love adult coloring books. It is a great outlet for my creativity and allows for me to have some “quiet time” in a busy world.

I have always enjoyed regular coloring books, but these are amazing. I have 1 adult coloring book and I love it.
I used to color with my kids and I had my own stash of crayons…I haven’t gotten into the coloring books for adults. I need to try coloring again.

My sister gave me an adult coloring calendar, and I have enjoyed using that each month. It would be fun to try a real book, for relaxation and stress relief!

YES I HAVE BEAT THE DRUM ABOUT THE ADULT COLORING BOOKS…………. As a retired senior sometimes you just need a relaxing no mind involve activity. So far I have my 87 yr old mother hooked she colors for 2 or 3 hours every day……….. my 68 year old sister laughed at me but then she bought a book now I think she has a dozen.

I have started in adult coloring. It does relax me much more than my actual other hobbies. I notice that if i do it before sleeping I also sleep better.

I received an adult coloring book as a gift. But it was not a Cat one! That would be a coloring book that would interest me more than the pattern one I have.

Yes I can Hardly wait to start Coloring. I have an adult coloring Book my Sister Gave me! I also have all the colored pencils, markers etc to start. I will make my first coloring mark any day now!! I have always loved to color. I colored with my Children and Grandchildren . Next it will be my Great Grandchildren.

i love the adult coloring books, only have one right now, but when feeling stressed or a bit bored, i get it out and start coloring away…i love some of the intricate designs, the different colors you can use…its a great stress reliever
