Last weekend I finally got out of the house for a few hours to do a little shopping. Since surgery & getting home from the hospital, I’ve been cooped up, other than going out for doctor’s appointments. It felt really nice getting outside again and being around people!
Anyway, I went over to one of my favorite stores “Big Lots” who was having a 20% off sale all day long. Not only are a lot of things marked down at Big Lots, but now they were doing 20% off too? Yup, that’s my kind of sale!
We needed some new K-Cup Coffee Pods for our Keurig and I found them at Big Lots and wow… $25.00 for 80 K-Cups of the Donut Shop brand of coffee is a great deal! When we buy these 80 K-Cups boxes at other places, we typically pay $34.00 or more! Well, Big Lots had it for $25.00 and I got an additional 20% off of that bringing it down to $20.00 for all 80 K-Cups! They had smaller-sized boxes available too, but I got the biggest one they had!
While I was there…I picked up 2 Cuddle Duds women’s long-sleeve tops for next winter and got those on clearance for $4.00 each and they are typically $20.00 or more in other stores! Sorry, I forgot to take a picture of those before I washed them and put them away with my seasonal clothing.

That’s a really good deal! I am always finding little treasures at Big Lots. Not the K-cups though (we don’t have a Keurig), but things I never realized I needed until I saw them!
Great finds! It’s over an hour to the city with stores like Big Lots, so I don’t get there very often. Too bad–I hate missing out on deals like these!
The town nearby does have some stores, though, including a Goodwill. My best score there was a Zojirushi fuzzy-logic rice cooker for $8. I love that thing! I never thought I’d have a Zo, but I really got lucky that day.
You definitely found a great deal. I found some baby toys as Add-ons at very low p[rices with some purchases I made on Amazon. I am sure my grandsons will love them. I also purchased a Crispy Cooker mat at another site for only $4.00

Around here…the 2 cheapest places that I find K-Cups Coffee Pods at are: Big Lots and The Christmas Tree Shop (they sell other things besides Christmas stuff). Out of the two of them…Big Lots is the cheapest. At Big Lots they have them in 2 different sized boxes. The smaller box costs $15 and the larger box with 80 K-cups costs $25. Definitely a bargain!
I need to get back to Big Lots. Haven’t been there in a long time for some reason. I like their after holidays sales.
