We have well water and even though it’s well water…it doesn’t taste very good. We drink a lot of water and have been using various water filter systems the past 4 years to try to get tastier and cleaner water. Some have worked, but were expensive to use.
Let me introduce you to the ZeroWater 8 Cup Stainless Steel Filter Pitcher that makes filtering tap water super easy and it will remove 99.6% of all total dissolved solids based on EPA certified lab test. All of the ZeroWater products are 100% BPA Free and are safe to use.
Out of all of the filtered pitchers out in the marketplace, the ZeroWater pitcher is the only one that is certified to reduce lead. After hearing in the news about all of the lead being in water systems around the U.S.A. lately, having a pitcher that reduces that is important to me.
The starter system that I received for this review includes the: 8 Cup Stainless Steel Pitcher, the Digital TDS Water Meter and 5-Stage Filter Technology. Once you buy the system the only thing you’ll need to replace is the 5-Stage Filter when needed. This filter is certified to reduce Chromium, Lead and Hydrogen Sulfide…the nasty things we don’t need in our drinking water! Plus, all of the filters are recyclable which makes them eco-friendly.
I love that we received the Digital TDS Water Meter in our package. I took a meter reading of regular, unfiltered tap water and was amazed at what I saw (reading of 138) and then after I filled up the ZeroWater pitcher and poured some filtered water into my cup…I got a meter reading of 000 which is what you want! Wow, that’s impressive!
I love several things about the ZeroWater Stainless Steel Filter Pitcher:
* Sleek and Elegant Design
* Lightweight and Fits in Refrigerator Door
* Easy to Use (My 7 yr. old Grand Daughter Fills it up)
* Meter Snaps onto Top of the Pitcher Lid (see photo below)
* Limited Manufacturer’s Warranty
* Easy to Find Filter Replacements
* Only Pitcher to Reduce Lead
Since we’ve been using the ZeroWater Stainless Steel Filter Pitcher, I can definitely tell you that our water is clear, has no odors and tastes 100% better than our unfiltered tap water. Now my tap water tastes just like expensive bottled water! I no longer have that expense and I don’t have to run out to buy it and lug it back home! We can enjoy deliciously fresh-tasting water anytime we want it!
Now that we have this ZeroWater pitcher…we are drinking even more water than before and we all know that we should be drinking a lot of water! In addition, we do a lot of traveling and I can take the pitcher with us when we go! Now I can filter the water from our hotel room, our beach house or when visiting family so that we always have great tasting and safe water to drink.

I usually use a Brita filtering pitcher, but I have tried the Zero filtering system and the water tastes cleaner. I gave a Zero pitcher to my son because the water in his area does not taste as good as ne.
Looks like I can check this one out at Bed Bath & Beyond, and use a coupon to purchase if I like it. I use three plastic pitchers now for the lovely Los Angeles tap water. I’m constantly filling them up but very necessary.
This is just what I am looking for! I live in NYC – and our water tastes great, really! The problem is that the apartment building I live in dates back from before the year of the Flood, and the pipes are old and rusty. There is always something floating around in the water, yuck. I let it run full speed for a full half hour every morning, but there’s still particles and God knows what in it. This would solve my problem. We do drink a lot of water here!
I had no idea there was something like this on the market. I would so love to have this for our well water. I love drinking water and it seems like I still don’t drink enough. Thanks for sharing this one and have a nice day.
