Softsoap Pure Foaming Hand Soap

oftSoap Pure Foaming Hand SoapAs an ex-medical professional, I’m a big hand washer. I will wash and dry my hands at least 25+ times every day. As you can imagine, my hands get very dry from all of the hand washing that I do, but washing your hands regularly is very important if you want to cut down the spread of germs!

For the past few years I’ve been a big user of the Softsoap® Brand Body Washes and now I’m a big fan of their new Softsoap® Pure Foaming Hand Soap! If you’ve never tried this new foaming hand soap, you really need to give it a try!

Softsoap Foaming Hand Soap

The new Softsoap® Brand Pure Foaming Hand Soap is an alcohol free and dye free soap. I’ve had big issues in the past with products that contain alcohol in them, so I’m super excited to find this new foaming hand soap to be alcohol-free! It’s available in a Fresh scent or a Lemongrass scent (Fresh is my personal favorite) for the suggested retail price of $2.50 per 8 fl. oz. bottle which makes them affordable.

I’m a neat & clean freak and I’m always cleaning something. I believe that keeping a clean home helps to keep germs at-bay and helps to keep me & my family healthy. When I clean…the majority of the time I use natural and chemical-free products to do the job. Trust me, these products work just as good, if not better than the majority of their chemical-laden counterparts.

As part of my weekly cleaning routine…I wanted to give you a few tips that I implement on a weekly basis. I call them “Cleaning The Little, Forgotten Things” that most of us don’t do or we don’t do frequently. Once a week I will go through my house with a natural cleaning spray product and wipe down the following items which takes me about 30 minutes if I don’t get interrupted. This is time well-spent in my book!

You will want to wipe down the following items:

House phones, mobile phones, door knobs, manual door locks, light switches, ceiling fan pulls, cabinet knobs/handles, TV remote controls, DVD player remote control, top of kitchen trash can, toilet flusher, faucet handles, thermostat controls, alarm system controls, lamp switches/knobs, alarm clock buttons, inside & outside of the microwave, range & oven control buttons, refrigerator handles, dishwasher controls, small appliance controls, etc. Basically, you’ll want to wipe down anything that you and your family members touch on a regular basis! I mean come on…think about it? When is the last time you wiped down and disinfected all of those little things that you touch on a daily basis? You know what I’m talking about!

We touch these little things almost daily, if not several times a day and many people don’t include wiping them down in their regular cleaning routine! These things need to be cleaned just as often as you clean the rooms in your house to help STOP the spread of germs!

Softsoap Foaming Hand Soap

As I’m going through my house cleaning things every day…I will stop frequently to just wash my hands. I don’t want to spread germs from one room to another. On top of that, I’m always washing my hands before, during and after meal preparation, after using the restroom and throughout my day as I see fit. Matter of fact, It’s a rule in our home that once you come in from outside (work, school, play or whatever) that you stop into the bathroom and WASH YOUR HANDS! I don’t want outside germs coming in! Sure, I might be a fanatic at times about this, but I firmly believe this is why we don’t suffer a lot or very often with colds, flu and other types of infections.

I absolutely LOVE the new Softsoap® Brand Pure Foaming Hand Soaps because they are alcohol and dye free! A little bit of this foaming hand soap goes a long way, so I find that I actually use less product (compared to other brands) because this one foams up and expands in your hands. On top of that, since there is no alcohol in this product, my hands are NOT as dry as they usually are which is a huge positive for me!
