Fill Those Easter Baskets with Ready-to-Eat Bauli Croissants

Hubby and Mom both enjoy theirs as a snack and my daughter…she likes keeping a few in her desk drawer at work as a quick breakfast or mid-afternoon snack.

They don’t need refrigeration at all and they keep fresher, longer than most traditional cakes or baked snacks and they do it with no additional preservatives which I think is absolutely fantastic! Matter of fact, I’ve opened one package 3 1/2 weeks after I had purchased it and it still tasted freshly baked! They use a natural yeast instead of chemical additives, allowing them to rise naturally. Trust me, this makes a difference because they are moist, fluffy and perfectly sweet.
