Healthy snacks, healthy products, and shapewear talk–I love it! I’ve been doing well with my New Year’s resolution to gain a little more muscle. January was kettlebells, February was yoga, and March was more weight lifting, so I need a focus for upcoming April. I’m thinking something cardio, especially with all my fitness DVDs. Should be fun.
