I’m constantly on the lookout for new products that make my hair and skin feel fabulous, and I especially seek out the ones that I feel good about using. I was recently introduced to a company called Surya Brasil, which is company that for the last 20 years has been creating products with ingredients from the Amazon Rainforest and natural botanicals from around the world. Surya Brasil is committed to creating the best natural, organic and vegan lifestyle products that promote health, wellness and sustainability.
Surya Brasil has a full line of products for men and women that include skincare and hair care solutions as well as some handmade products such as utensils, jewelry, bags and clothing to name a few. I received two products to try out from Surya Brasil including the Sapien Women Split end Repair and the Sapien Women Body Scrub. Here is an overview on each of these products:
Sapien Women Split end Repair – This product is designed to soften and repair split ends without sticky residue or product build up. It is natural, organic and vegan and contains organic oils of Argan, Pracaxi, Madadamia and Buriti as well as Vitamin E and plant-based silicon derived from rapeseed (Brassica napus), a bright yellow flowering member of the mustard or cabbage family. This product is perfect for any hair type and is an amazing little hair smoother. After using it, my hair felt healthy, manageable and soft. This is a very high-quality product and a little goes a long way.
Sapien Women Body Scrub – This wonderful scrub is made with Amazonian Organic ingredients and 100% natural exfoliants from Coconut bark and organic Buriti, which remove dead cells and skin impurities. Amazonian White Clay enhances the exfoliation power, and a high concentration of organic Aloe Vera juice provides intense hydration. This product makes your skin feel soft and the smell is absolutely amazing. It has a natural (and tropical) scent of coconut and mango with raspberry and vanilla. You’ll feel like you are giving your skin a vacation on an exotic island for sure. In addition, the Body Scrub is free of micro beads, which are not biodegradable and can harm the marine environment. It is also free of BHT, EDTA, Parabens, Sulfates, Phthalates and Synthetic Fragrance.

I like products that you can get the last drop from, like this tube. When I cut tubes open when finishing products of any kind, I’m amazed at the waste. My poor hair could use some help and I like that this brand uses natural botanicals,
I have become much more interested in buying all natural products for my hair and beauty routines. This company sounds like an excellent source for buying that type of product.
I’ve almost exclusively gone to organic/natural products and food. Have to look into this company.
This is a new brand for me! I’m especially interested in the Surya Brasil Split-End repair. My hair just seems to break apart at the ends, no matter how often I get a trim. Maybe this would help. I like that it’s not heavey or sticky.
