Easter Foodie Gift Basket

All of the fresh fruits that we received in our gift basket were ripe and ready to be eaten! They were juicy and flavorful, better quality than what is even in our local grocery stores! The fresh apples, oranges and pears were quickly devoured by the family along with that jar of Sea Salt Caramel sauce that they dipped their sliced apples into. Oh my gosh, that got rave reviews for sure!

Even though they call this a “Fruit Gift Basket” I love that it includes more than just fruit! We got a delicious blog of Cabot cheese, the Sea Salt Caramel Sauce, Milk Chocolate Sea Salt Caramels, Partners Crackers, Roasted & Salted Peanuts, Chocolate Covered Cherries and assorted citrus flavored hard candies.

I love that everything came packaged in this large rectangular shape baskets that I’m currently using in the baby’s room to hold diapers and it looks so nice sitting on the shelf. Yup, it’s a nice sized basket! The satin ribbon bow and gift enclosure card finish it off nicely.

I’ve reviewed a LOT of foodie gift baskets over the past 8 1/2 years that I’ve been blogging and I have to admit…this one is by far my favorite one so far! Everyone loves to get fresh fruit delivered, especially when it includes other gourmet snacks & sweet treats too!

Head on over to GourmetGiftBaskets.com and check out all of their beautiful gourmet gifts! You’ll find gifts for all of the different holidays, birthday, get well, thank you, anniversary, new baby, wedding, sympathy, etc. They have gifts for everyone and for every occasion.

This is a delicious gift basket and I love that it has so much more than fruits. I shall look over the site of GourmetGiftBaskets.com.

  3. What a wonderful selection of food items in this basket. I like that it has fresh fruit in addition to the other yummy items like cheese, crackers and caramels. Great reuse of the basket to store diapers in a baby’s room.

The your “favorite” comment really impressed me. You’ve done several food items so that says a lot. These items really do sound delicious and elegant. The caramel dip sounds decadent and yum to chocolate covered cherries. I like the mix in of fruit, nuts, cheese, and sweets.

  5. That’s a great looking Easter basket. I must say, it’s nice to see an Easter basket filled with something other than candy. Thank you for sharing this review.

I have seen such good things about this company. I like ow t all isnt just candy and sweets. I follow them, and have seen the baskets for all kinds of occassions and appreciate the variety. It is nice how all of it is packed fresh so nothing in it is stale or old. Love your basket!

  9. Oh if only kids would love this type of food basket for Easter, instead of all that candy. All the adults I know would be grateful to get this type of fruit basket and it would be easier for me to send something like this since my family lives far away.

  10. I haven’t yet ordered from this company but they have some really nice gift baskets. I went to their site and looked around and I would love to get one of their St. Patrick’s Day baskets. I also like that they offer free shipping on some of their items. Thanks for sharing this one and have a nice weekend.
