I am not sure how much I would love this recipe for a hamburger , but I could easily convert it into small meatloaves. I want to try it, but sometime flax seed does not agree with my intestines.
This would be a tasty way to add flax seed to a meal and get all those good health benefits. This would be a nice change from the plain old hamburgers I usually make. Looks like it would be very flavorful.
I don’t eat meat very often but I’d like to try this hamburger. Good flavorings in it.
I’ve heard of flax seed, but I wasn’t really clear what it was supposed to do or how to use it. It’s interesting that you can just add it to your everyday recipes like this burger.
I love flax seed and grind it fresh and eat it daily. It’s made a difference in my skin, eyes and hair since I wasn’t getting enough fats in my diet. Adding flax seed is a good way to stretch your meat budget, like this recipe, while getting more fiber.
Goodness thats different. I love hanburgers and I actually like flax, but this for me would not be a good combo. I like flax cereall I usually eat a brand called Uncle Sams. Without going into detail flax is known to keep you ‘regular’ I would love thee hamburgers but not for long!
I am so going to try this recipe. I love hamburgers but sometimes they don’t agree with me. I think this recipe would be great for my sensitive stomach. I also really like the price of this product. Thanks so much for sharing this one and have a great day.
