I’ve heard a lot about essential oils over the last year or so and have been wondering what all of the buzz is about. I recently had the opportunity to try out GuruNanda products including the Essential Oil blends, and the GuruNanda Ultrasonic Diffuser and I’m excited to share my thoughts with you today. First, let me give you a little background on aromatherapy and how you can incorporate it into your busy life.
Aromatherapy is an ancient Ayurvedic health practice that harnesses the transformative powers of essential oils. You’ve probably experienced aromatherapy at spas as many of them use it in a variety of treatments to help clients relax and unwind. With the GuruNanda Essential Oil Blends, you can have all of the benefits of aromatherapy in your own home.
As I mentioned above, I received the GuruNanda UltraSonic Diffuser, along with eight essential oil blends. Each one of the oils contains 100 percent pure specialized formulas with carefully chosen individual ingredients that function harmoniously together to deliver maximum benefits. All of the ingredients are grown and distilled on selected farms around the world. You can use the diffuser and oils to freshen up the air, create a relaxing and invigorating environment or address specific wellness needs, depending on the blends that you combine. The eight GuruNanda formulas to choose from are:
• Relaxation
• Calming Sleep
• Breathe Easy
• Harmony
• Focus
• Refresh
• Tranquility
• Invigorate
I have especially been enjoying using GuruNanda Essential Oil Blends in the evening with the diffuser and have found some favorite combinations. The Relaxation and Calming Sleep is a wonderful blend that makes the air smell like an expensive spa. Tranquility is also turning out to be a very nice and comforting favorite of mine. With an 11 year old boy and two crazy dogs, I need some tranquil moments in my life for sure! I love the way you can mix and match these oils to fit your needs. Each of the 8 unique blends comes in a 15-ml. amber glass bottle.
While you can definitely use the essential oils by themselves, using the GuruNanda UltraSonic Diffuser gives you a different experience and can transform your space into a more healing and soothing environment. The diffuser uses ultrasonic waves to create a very fine mist from the mixture of water and essential oils. It humidifies and purifies the room while providing a calming environment with its soothing 3-color changing light that adds a visual element to the experience. The oils and the diffuser are available on the GuruNanda website, in Walmart stores and at Amazon.
I really enjoyed learning more about GuruNanda Essential oils and how they can add a positive balance to your life and I’m looking forward to continuing my new nightly relaxation routine.
You can purchase Gurunanda Essential Oil Ultrasonic Diffuser with Mood Changing Lights from Amazon for a great price.

I love the idea of using essential oils , but my husband has many allergies , so I am worried about using them around him.
I have 2 diffusers: one upstairs and one downstairs. I love essential oils and use them all the time.
I have a set of essential oils, but I need to learn how to use them.
I have used some essential oils in the past – especially lavender and chamomile for their calming properties. But I’ve never used a diffuser before. I just put a lttle on my pillowcase or on a tissue and breathed in.The Relaxation and and Calming Sleep you medntioned sound right up my alley. The diffuser sounds wonderful, and it’s pretty to look at, too.
